I finally received a report from my coordinator about our PGN status. She didn't have the exact dates for me but we were submitted to PGN and have already been kicked out of PGN.
The Birth Mom's personal birth certificate does not indicate the doctor who delivered her. It appears as though she was not delivered by a doctor so our attorney has contacted family members of the Birth Mom to go to the Civil Registry and testify that her birth date and place are correct on her birth certificate.
This will hopefully be completed by the end of next week so that we may be resubmitted to PGN. Hopefully they will be satisfied with the correction and pass the approved file on to Barrios so he can sign off and release us from PGN.

Well, the good news is you got the KO so fast and not after weeks and weeks. I hope it's a fast fix and you're on your way to OUT!
I just know it will be fixed QUICKLY!!!
