Well, I don't have an update yet on whether or not we have entered PGN. My coordinator has been trying since Monday to get a hold of someone in the Attorney's office. For some reason she has not been successful. I was told that we would be ready to go into PGN Monday the 23rd of July but I cannot get confirmation that we are in. I hope to have an answer tomorrow.
The US Embassy has added a second DNA test to be done at the end of the adoption process. This will ensure that there has not been any baby swapping. Unfortunately there are some not so honest people in this world that we need to safeguard against. We hope that this will not cause significant delays. We will find out more info on Monday when our agency conducts a conference call.
So, right now we continue to wait like always. Tomorrow is another day.
