Happy 1st Birthday, Olivia Grace!!!!

We can't believe that your 1st birthday is here. We are so blessed to have you with us to celebrate this wonderful day, the day you were born into this world to be a part of our family. We love you so much and our love for you grows deeper and deeper with every passing moment. You are truly an Angel from heaven and you have blessed our family more than you will ever know!! We love to see you smile and the silly faces you make. We love to watch you dance. We love to see what new dance you will come up with for every new song you hear. We loved watching you learn to walk a little better and a little further everyday and now you are walking on your own. We never grow tired of just watching you explore the world around you. Most of all we love that you now love us, that you now lean over and give us kisses without being asked. We love your hugs, they are the best. You are a special Angel from heaven and you are deeply loved!!

We know that while we are celebrating your birthday there are two other families who are saddened by not being with you. We are praying for your Birth mother that she is peaceful knowing that she made the right decision when she placed you for adoption. We pray that she knows in her heart that you are safe and loved and provided for. We are so thankful to your birth Mother for having the courage to separate herself from you so that you will have a better life than the one she could provide for you. We will never know what she went through or how she felt on the day of your birth, but we will forever be indebted to her selflessness. She will always be a part of our family.

Your Foster Family is also very saddened by not being with you today. They love you so much! You were with them for the first 10 months of your life. They took care of you as though you were their child and would be with them forever. They miss you so much and I know that they can't wait until I e-mail them all the details about your birthday celebrations. One day we will go to Guatemala and visit them. They too will forever be a part of our family. We can't thank them enough for the wonderful care that they took of you!!

You are truly a very blessed little girl to have 3 families love you so much and we are very blessed to have you to love.
