Our Birthday Princessa had a great day!!!

I made Chicken Caccatiore for dinner and My sister, brother-in-law nephew and mother came over to celebrate with us. My nephew, Michael made Olivia a cake. He is very bored staying home after his surgery, so he was watching Ace of Cakes on the cooking channel and decided he could do a cake for her. He made the cakes and decorated them. He went through two failed batches of fondant and decided to use frosting and fruit roll ups. I think it is awesome and it tasted great!! Olivia loved it. She got quite the sugar buzz from eating a whole piece. Thank you Michael, we loved it!!!

Saturday is her formal party with all her family and friends. Stay tuned for more pictures. She has a busy rest of the week. Tomorrow is her 1 year check up and shots, yuck!! Thursday she is having her 1 year portrait taken and Saturday is her party. It should be a lot of fun.
