Whooo hooo!!!!! We have PA !!!!!!!
I was so surprised when I got an e-mail today saying we have Prior Approval! I could not believe it! I didn't expect that we would get it until next week. Our attorney is having it translated and then she will make sure that everything is as perfect as she can get it in order to try and avoid any previos. By the end of the week we should be entering the black hole called PGN. For those of you who don't know what PGN is it stands for Procurduria General de la Nacion. It is Guatemala's equivalent to our Attorney Generals Office. This is the final approval that is needed before we get a new birth certificate and Visa to bring Olivia home. We will probably be in PGN for a couple of months. If we get any previos (kick outs) we will have to correct the error(s) and be resubmitted to PGN. It is hard to know how long it will take. We are praying that it is quick without any previos. We can't wait to meet Olivia and to bring her home to meet everyone. YEAH we have PA!!!!!

HOORAY! That's great news! Bring it on PGN. Praying for a quick, KO free trip through PGN. That sweet, chubby baby needs to be home with her family!

Awesome news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It really seems like more people are getting through PGN with no KOs and some even just under 8 weeks. So, I hope and pray that it is quick for you.
Congratulations! Our agency said that PGN has been picking up a little bit lately, so hopefully you will get to bring her home soon!
