Well, I have really been a slacker on getting this post done. I finally worked on it last night and as I was ready to publish it at 11pm, Olivia woke herself up coughing, so she thought she would visit with us for a little while, eventhough we were just about ready to go to bed ourselves. She stayed up for about 10 minutes then we all went to bed so she would stay in her crib. I didn't dare go back to finish the post or she would have wanted to get back up. She talked to herself for a little while and then fell asleep. Anyway here it is and tonight my goal is to post some new pictures. We'll see how well I do with that.

I am : a mother for the first time.

I think: about Olivia every minute of every day.

I know: that everything happens for a reason.

I want: to adopt again.

I have : everything I ever dreamed of.

I wish: I could do so much more for those in need.

I hate: racism and criticism.

I miss: my father.

I fear: fear itself.

I feel: peace and happiness.

I hear : "Olivia" on Law and Order SVU.

I smell: fresh paint in the kitchen.

I crave: chocolate all the time.

I search: the Internet.

I wonder: what Olivia will grow up to be.

I regret: nothing

I love: my family

I ache: for the underprivileged in Guatemala.

I care: for everyone.

I always : arrive late.

I remember: meeting Olivia for the first time.

I am not: done having fun in my life.

I believe: everything works out.

I dance: when no one is looking.

I sing: in the car with Olivia

I love: my daughter, my husband and my family

I cry: if I think of someone hurting Olivia.

I don’t always: think before speaking.

I fight: for what I want

I write: e-mails.

I win: some.

I lose: some.

I never: go to bed without a glass of water on my nightstand

I confuse: names

I listen: to everything going on around me.

I can usually be found: at home.

I am scared: of losing a loved one.

I need: my family

I am happy about: where my life is.

I think : that adoptions will resume with Guatemala in the next year or two.
