My coordinator called PGN yesterday to check the status of our case and was told that our file was now in the hands of the second reviewer. Once it is finished it will go to Barrios.
For those of you who don't know about the PGN process this is how it works. Our complete file including dossier is submitted to PGN. It is assigned to a PGN attorney for review. If they find an error they issue what is called a Previo which means that your file could not be approved due to some sort of error or missing information. The file is then returned to our attorney with information about what needs to be corrected. The corrections are made and the file is resubmitted for further review. Once all of the reviews are done and there are no errors the file goes to the director's desk (Mr. Barrios) for him to review and approve.
At this point our file has been reviewed by one PGN attorney and it is now in the hands of a second PGN attorney who is going behind the first attorney to make sure that he/she didn't miss anything. I am praying that this reviewer does not find any errors either. However if they are going to find an error go ahead and get it over with. The quicker we get it, fix it, and resubmit the better off we will be.

Yes you are making progress. I hope you don't get a kick out and that you fly through PGN. WE NEED OUR GIRLS HOME!!!!!!!!!

Oh, I so want you to get through PGN without a KO!!!! I really do!! Maybe we will both get out ASAP and we can do our pickup trip at the same time!!!! YAY!!!
