Are we in PGN? I have no idea!! No call, no e-mail, no pigeon carrier, no snail mail, no text message, nothing......we got nothing, zilch, zip, nil, nada, zero information. That's right we did not hear back today about whether or not we entered PGN. Way to go with keeping us informed!!

ugh, no excuse for such poor communication. At the least, they should just contact you to say they don't know.
